Do you mark my property with snow stakes?
Yes, properties are marked with snow stakes by November 15th.
What if there are cars in the parking lot when your crew arrives?
We can only clear the portion of the parking lot that is accessible by our operator. We cannot wait for cars to be moved. However, we will come back one time overnight to clear any areas that have opened.
Do you use site maps?
Yes, we design a detailed satellite map of each property we service. Each map is color-coded to outline all pavement, sidewalks, and obstructions. A copy of this map is housed within your client portal.
Do you have backup fuel?
We keep over 1500 gallons of fuel in reserve. And, our reserve fuel tanks are battery powered in case of a power outage.
What do you do in the event of an equipment breakdown?
To address any breakdowns or equipment malfunctions (day or night), we have full time mechanics on staff and a state-of-the-art service truck.
Do your crew members wear uniforms?
Yes, all our team members wear a company-imprinted safety vest or safety jacket.
How do you keep track of your crew members?
All of our trucks, equipment and sidewalk team leaders are equipped with digital two-way radios. The radios allow for instant communication as well as GPS tracking.
How do you keep track of the weather conditions in my area?
To keep track of the weather conditions, we monitor our sites with remote webcams and live streaming cameras. We also have access to meteorologists, live weather data, and maps.
How will I know there's a storm on the way?
Before a weather event, we will send a notification to check your Client Dashboard for updated Snow Weather News. This will include detailed information about the forecasted storm.
Are your de-icing materials environmentally friendly?
Yes. All of our de-icing materials meet industry standards for environmental safety.
How is my property documented for any existing damage prior to the new snow season?
